Drawings are produced using CAD software and can include 3D layouts of the proposals.

Walton Consultancy UK Limited carried out the design of retail units within shopping malls and developments in The Trafford Centre Manchester, Cabot Circus Bristol, Westfield London. The value of each project was from £260,000.00 to £450,000.00. These design projects involved:

• reading and complying with the Tenant Fit-out Guides for each centre
• liaising with the Retail Delivery Managers
• producing initial design for approval
• design development for intermediate approval
• final design for full approval and construction including negotiations to maintain corporate image

Conversion of a dwelling into a small guest house from measured survey to completion. Completion was all on time and within budget. This design project included:

• negotiations with the planning department and building control
• full specification
• obtaining competitive tenders
• supervision of work
• agreement of final account
